Creams have a high concentration of oil to deeply penetrate the skin and drate dry to very dry skin. Lotions are lightweight and have a high water concentration and are perfect for normal and combination skin types. All in all, creams and lotions are suitable for all skin types and you should select your choice based on your skincare concerns.
